NDBirdman
A storm dropped a twister on an RV park in Western ND. Lots of damage, one death, a baby. Sad day for a lot of people. https://grandforksherald.com/news/weather/4470548-one-week-old-baby-dies-injuries-devastating-nd-rv-park-tornado 2022 Coachman Leprechaun, traveling around to dark sky areas and chasing the stars. sandsys
I hate storms that come during the night because residents seldom get enough warning to respond appropriately. In the daytime people are awake and can often see the weather changing which may give them time to head for shelter. When you are asleep it's a whole different scenario. It's now the season; be careful out there everyone. And be sure your weather alert radio has new batteries. Kirk W
Being in ND we watched that storm very closely. That one went to our south but we had 80+ mph winds just 10 days or so ago with lots of trees down but were fortunate to not have had any tornadoes. It was a very unfortunate event. 😢 Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... We're in the boonies, bout 35 NW of Grand Forks. I'm hoping when this heat dies down a little to come over for a weekend and say howdy. A few years back, we lived north of there, bout 15 miles north of Minot. Been quite a while since we have been that way. 2022 Coachman Leprechaun, traveling around to dark sky areas and chasing the stars.
