jkconey Posted March 13, 2021 Report Share Posted March 13, 2021 Does the Overdryve 7 RV tablet support voice navigation? I only see voice assistant for phone calls. I can use more volume. Can my tablet play audio navigation instructions via the smart mount bracket? How to enable? I downloaded my custom POIs and see them listed, but there's not a way to manage them as in my older RM units where I could set up warning distances and alert sounds for each. I downloaded the manual and I do not see that it supports voice navigation, which is sort of a surprise to me as my Garmin RV760 does at least as far as finding a destination. Even the Garmin does not give me voice navigation prompts like Google Maps does. I know Rand McNally claims this is a full Android tablet but I suspect, and I could be wrong, it is is like my Amazon Fire HD 8 which is also Android but it is not the same Android you would find on say a smart phone as it is has been "gutted" in some aspects.
