Mine is 21 ish" wide and opening can't be changed easily. Is the Surburban the better unit or Atwood. The current Attwood was about a half-inch wider than the '93 Attwood and I wasn't about to try cutting the corian countertop to make it fit. It is on a slide out and breaker box on opposite side. The Dometic is a 1400 watt unit. That gas stop top be sweet then. GlennWest Posted July 23 Author Report Share Posted July 23 We put the Atwood slide in unit. I was very disappointed in the lower frame. Very thin sheet metal. Unit had movement with it. Took it back off, trashed the bottom piece. Added aluminum angle to sides and screwed it down. Solid now.
