chindog
One of the residents in our park, Sumter Oaks, posted on a closed facebook group about this. She said she asked (don't know who she asked) and received this: Quote I saw this myself and asked about it. This is what was shared. After careful consideration, we have decided to list seven of our campgrounds for sale, not to include Rainbow’s End in Livingston, Texas, which will remain under existing management and ownership. The campgrounds listed for sale are: Dream Catcher – Deming, New Mexico North Ranch – Congress, Arizona Raccoon Valley – Heiskell, Tennessee Turkey Creek – Hollister, Missouri Rainbow Plantation – Summerdale, Alabama Sumter Oaks – Bushnell, Florida TRA Park – Pecos, Texas We understand this news may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that this decision was made with the utmost care and focus on the future of our community. This decision was not related to Harvest Hosts’ acquisition of Escapees RV Club. Our goal is to find a buyer who is aligned with the core values and philosophies that have guided Escapees RV Parks while also being enthusiastic about bringing improvements to the campgrounds. Please rest assured that there will be no immediate changes to existing policies, procedures, rates, or rental options. All parking programs and activities will continue as usual. We remain committed to operating the Rainbow’s End campground and the Escapees Mail Service. Being able to focus our resources and dedication to these two areas will ensure the longevity of these services. We will always be here for the Escapees family and to welcome you home at 100 Rainbow Drive. If you have any additional questions, please contact info@escapeesrvparks.com. Here is a real estate listing for Sumter Oaks. There are probably others for the other parks. 4602 CR 673 - Sumter Oaks RV Park ETA: listing for the entire 7 property portfolio: Premier RV Club Portfolio Edited Monday at 10:48 PM by chindog Quote Mike and Retha Hopkins 2014 Fleetwood Discovery 40G
