It will work for a bit and then nothing happens for quite a while and then it will work again. I'm assuming there is something worn out inside and most likely not worth fixing. Trouble is the keyboard and mouse work off of the same USB dongle. It's great having only one plugged in. If that won't fix it, puly it apart and get aggressive with the air. That is interesting. I think it might be just certain places though as I have never run across that in our travels. It has logi embossed on both the keyboard and mouse. M585 on Mouse and K850 on the keyboard. I can barely see Logitech in white lettering on a white background on the back of the Keyboard. Do not remember when I purchased, but have had and enjoyed them for a while for sure. Much better than any that came with a computer I've purchased and better than the "Wave" keyboard I tried for a while.
